Crash: Meridian AN12 near Kavala on Jul 16th 2022, impacted ground after engine trouble

A Meridian Ltd. Antonov AN-12BK, registration UR-CIC performing flight MEM-3032 from Nis (Serbia) to Amman (Jordan) with 8 people on board, was enroute at FL210 over the Aegean Sea when the aircraft began to lose altitude, the crew reported engine trouble, and turned around towards land in Greece. The aircraft attempted to land in Kavala (Greece) but impacted ground about 17nm west of the airport and burst into flames. Rescue teams found no survivors.
