Raymund Yeoh 1 Report post Posted May 7, 2017 Cool thanks... Just checked they had 2x A310-200 and 2x A310-300. One of their A310-200s and One A310-300 crashed in 1988 and 1992 respectively. PEN-BKK route used to be flown by TG A310 in the past before being taken over by the old B734 and then by Thai Smiles A320

Samuel Chy 0 Report post Posted May 10, 2017 just realize, here is the first contribution of Spotting for myself to this site. anyway, today weather wasnt that superb, and missed out the main target for day session. second to missed out! and the light kept off for quite sometime and on for a while, and off again which lead me to squeezed out the last ray of light, to get this baby bus. which i failed for the "perfect" photo but still worthy to share with you all here. cheers guys~ *will try spotting more often from now on, to minimize my regrets, before we say bye bye to Tanjung Aru! Alif A. F. 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2017 Saw a plain white 777 took off today just after MH81 landed. There is a Malaysia flag on the starboard side with a company name that ended with the word 'global'. I didn't manage to see the full title as I was driving at the time. Anybody knows what airline is that and where it originated from?
Lock SH 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2017 The FLYGLOBAL I guess, proving flight as it is in the final stage of getting own AOC ( Air Operating Cert) from DCA. Once done, it will be doing mostly charter ops, targetting haj & umrah market. Perhaps, Eagle Express Mk 2 if you wish to say. Caveat: (At least that was what I heard from a toilet cleaner in KLIA a few weeks ago)

Eddy Liew 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2017 interesting ATC conversation at the moment - unidentified aircrafts flying at FL172. There is a number of them. Hence airplanes at M522 north of VJN has to do some adjustments to their headings for both northbound and southbound traffic.
Alif A. F. 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2017 D7 9591 (9M-XXP) is now flying across Sabah at FL410 today.
