SV,

You not aware it's easier and less time consuming to name modern airframes that were not operated by TG as opposed to those that she has ?! ;)

Cool thanks... Just checked they had 2x A310-200 and 2x A310-300. One of their A310-200s and One A310-300 crashed in 1988 and 1992 respectively.

PEN-BKK route used to be flown by TG A310 in the past before being taken over by the old B734 and then by Thai Smiles A320

Original departure was 1645 to BKK I think. So delay 1.5 hours. 😕

Saw a plain white 777 took off today just after MH81 landed. There is a Malaysia flag on the starboard side with a company name that ended with the word 'global'. I didn't manage to see the full title as I was driving at the time. Anybody knows what airline is that and where it originated from?

The FLYGLOBAL I guess, proving flight as it is in the final stage of getting own AOC ( Air Operating Cert) from DCA.

Once done, it will be doing mostly charter ops, targetting haj & umrah market. Perhaps, Eagle Express Mk 2 if you wish to say.

Caveat:

(At least that was what I heard from a toilet cleaner in KLIA a few weeks ago)

Nocturnal activities at BKI last night/this morning, from .....

HKG 1

PUS 1

ICN 5

PVG 2

CAN 2

HGH 1

WUH 1

..... all within like 4.5 hours in dead of night

Naturally, traffic at arrivals concourse was hopelessly choked due to the waiting coaches

:)

interesting ATC conversation at the moment - unidentified aircrafts flying at FL172. There is a number of them.

Hence airplanes at M522 north of VJN has to do some adjustments to their headings for both northbound and southbound traffic.

D7 9591 (9M-XXP) is now flying across Sabah at FL410 today. At first I was bewildered to the plane's destination until I found out it is heading to General Santos to pick up Manny Pacquiao to Brisbane later.

IL-76 (RA-76503) was in Perth to deliver an engine for 9M-XXE which had an incident last month.

There's a Vans RV-8 which arrived BKI from DPS yesterday.

Must be the one in terminal 2. Looks very small haha..

Quite quiet compared to the usual one i see in SZB. Only used 2 reverse thrust.

The IL-76 must have spent the night at BKI - saw her parked at one of the bridgeless hammerheads at T1 midnight when I got in
