That all, didn’t realize that there were a mini air show at that time..went to the departure lounge 45minutes before my flight and that’s the remaining shots that I managed to take..

mmm..no wonder I can heard multiple landing and loud sound coming from the tarmac during check in but there’s no flight arrival announcement..

Aha..no forgetting my flight back to KUL..piloted by our very own Mwings pilot..Capt Radzi..

Unfortunately I was delayed. And just after my landing the A380 made their last touch-and-go and set course for Changi, while my passengers are disembarking. Only if they could make one more circuit..... or if I was on time....

Ai...ya. Sayanglah............!

BTW, is WMKJ's runway long enough for the big bird? How frequent they come to Senai for the training? When is the next training flight?

Got a bit bore with the SA 2010. So off I went following a friend 'jalan-jalan' in WMKJ and managed a circuit too before set course back to WSSL. :pardon:

Extremely happy to catch not one but two B747-146SRs (5U-ACG & 5U-ACF). Both are registered in Niger. :yahoo:

Based on the picture, the aircraft callsign is Trainer 381.

Normally for training flight, the callsign used would be as follows: Trainer 771 for B777, Trainer 381 for A380 while for A330, Trainer 331. In fact, this morning, one A330 training ended around 1130am. :yahoo:

Went to WMKJ again yesterday morning to do some flying over there. Here's some interesting stuff I caught. Enjoy!

I like this perspective of the B747. Not very often one get to see the huge nose gear wheel well. :yahoo:

5U-ACG_WMKJ_040310.jpg

Nice to see this civil Herc - Lyden Air Cargo N406LC.

N406LC_WMKJ_040310.jpg

Someone up there was asking ... what aircraft is stored inside the Sultan of Johor royal hangar? Here it is - 9M-IJS Gulfstream G-IV. There's also a very interesting military-colored Lake Buccaneer inside the hangar.

This cutie will be flying back to Europe within this week. Though it's in Aero Lanka color, it never go into service with Aero Lanka because they didn't pay up according to the pilot. Seen here doing engine run after sitting here for 3 years!

747 nose gear wheel well looks some empty and huge !

Yeah ... almost as big as a store room where u can put a single mattress inside. Very empty at forward compartment as u can see.

The C150 (9M-JFA) was actually on the port side of the Skyvan. Look a bit close prolly due to the wide-angle effect.

DCA's Learjet 60 9M-FCL 'Calibrator II' and Police Air Wing Cessna C208 Caravan 9M-PSM were there as well. Departed before i can get a decent shot of them.

That Skyvan 100 4R-SE(cn:SH-1924), was registered to IAP Group as VH-CHK on February 10, however it was canceled from Australian registry on February 18. Reportedly being sold to an Austrian company.

Some update from WMKJ. 17 MAY 2010

Target of the day was this classic in Neptune Air livery - 9M-NEP.

9M-NEP_WMKJ_170510-3.jpg

Can anyone confirm that this is indeed ex VH-VLI (msn 22641) or ex HZ-SNF (msn 22643)? I got conflicting info regarding the origin of this aircraft.

This AN12 (EK-12112) is of course dedicated to our biggest Russian fan - Uncle Pieter. :pardon:

Same B747-146SR (5U-ACG) revisit with some new angles.
