kandiah k 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2015 Doubt that, but I may be wrong. I heard that they will do KUL-PER-KUL and the second set of crew will operate PER-DPS-PER. This is to cater to JT not being able to fly Down Under for now. It may or may not be reliable.

flee 5 Report post Posted January 10, 2016 Malindo Air Opens Bookings For KL-HK-KL Route KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 7 (Bernama) -- Hybrid airline, Malindo Air, today opened for bookings the flights from Kuala Lumpur (KL) to Hong Kong (HK) and return. In a statement Thursday, the airline said the promotional fares were from RM579 for economy class and RM1,699 for business class. "The fares are inclusive of free baggage allowance, in-flight entertainment, meal and light refreshments," it said. Malindo Air Chief Executive Officer, Chandran Rama Muthy, said the daily flight to HK, as part of its expanding international network, would begin on Feb 5 this year. "HK has always been a popular holiday destination for Malaysians. Much like Thailand or Bali, HK is becoming a go-to holiday spot for Malaysians. "The visitor arrivals statistics released by Hong Kong Tourism Board showed that 467,596 Malaysians visited HK from January to November last year," he said. Chandran said the new route was expected to increase the number of arrivals in HK and here and the aim of turning the Kuala Lumpur International Airport into a regional hub would be met. "Malindo Air will be flying twice daily on the new route using the narrow-bodied Boeing 737-800 aircraft with a seat capacity of 162 -- business class (12) and economy class (150)," he said.
