2nd Airbus Executive Jet for the Government of Malaysia - 9M-NAB

Recommended Posts

Aiya, don't begrudge our leaders la...

Isn't the economy booming with double digit growth? Our Ringgit is super strong strong, forever appreciating against the dollar.

Balance of trade super healthy and our government doesn't run deficits.

Oil is cruising along at 150 USD a barrel..

What's the problem with a teeny weeny jet like this? You're all just jealous....

Oh.... Wait. Sorry.... just pinched myself and got up.

Anyone any idea when 9M-NAB is going to be delivered?

Maybe someone in the Prime Minister's Office has a sense of humour or guilt when they selected the registration.

Oxford Dictionary definition of NAB

1Catch (someone) doing something wrong:

1.1Take, grab, or steal (something)

My first reaction was that the plane was named after the current PM - NAjiB.

He posted the photos as the 'standard fittings' for the jet.

What the actual interior looks like may be identical or different to this.

If it is identical, then fine as the photos reflect it accordingly.

If it is different, do you think our Government, with its high taste and diamond standards, would be contented to settle with something lesser than the 'standard fitting'? Think about it.

its very likely that with the additional millions, the Malaysian new aircraft will be even much better fittings than those in the pictures above. Wonder if it will have gold-plated taps and toilet bowls too in the lavatories!

I think the Germanwings incident just topped up justification for the new jet

Oh.... Wait. Sorry.... no further justification required, it's a done deal already

:)

Dunno why people are plating those with gold, when we're apparently flushing the stuff away anyway

Wait till you board the BBJ, you'll feel grateful for not boarding the plane...

Why it has to stop in Almaty out of so many airports along the way?

Everyone knows that the first flight arrange for the YDP Agong is just a gimmick to justify its purchase.
