2 hours spotting trip in Sibu on 1/4/2006

That will be quite a sight at SBW.

 

I was just there for 2 hours and there were many curious eyes and faces staring at me. One man finally asked me after looking at what i did (adjust here and there by the fense)..... The conversation went like this...

"Are u a reporter"

"No"

"Then why u shoot aeroplanes"

"Hobby"

"You really like your hobby hoh"

"Yes"

 

Luckily i was about to leave after he asked, if not, it'll be like an investigation.

 

So, i cannot imagine what will happen if Jon, Iggy and me spot by the fense together

 

 

 

You should ask him back....

" Can you give example of a guy who doesn't like his hobby... "

It's rare to have RWY 13 rotation, normally it's RWY 31 rotation where u only can get aircraft rolling pics on the runway.

But sometimes will get RWY 13 rotation, it really depends on the traffic.

Kuching is famous for Kolok Mee and Sibu is famous for Kampua Mee.

Sibu even got one stall selling Halal Kampua Mee .

Sibu is in Sarawak state (as is Kuching) and located in the Malaysian part of Borneo. Borneo Island (it's a really BIG island) is shared between Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia,
