Difficult for courts to decide this.

 

Two consenting adults meet on the plane. They hook up, he thought he had a fling. But she didn't think so. Different countries have different ways of looking at this. France... remember Dominic Strauss Kahn. Big issue in the NY case, but his other case in France, the girl didn't get enough support... point is that it is already hard for her to prove, it becomes quite subjective.

 

But MAS should really discipline someone who was fooling around while on duty, even if the girl fully consented.

A real misdeed of MH was a sex video recorded among the cabin crews, but that was many years ago. Similarly happened to CX, stewardess with a captain. But the real epic one was a QF stewardess having sex with Ralph Fiennes and got fired.

I am shocked to learn that he is still languishing in a detention centre in Paris. Also did a google image search on this woman for the 'compromising' Instagram photos, my oh my!
