KS Ong 1 Report post Posted May 6, 2014 Since the arial S&R for MH370 has been called off, the locals here were very lucky that the two China Air Force IL-76 have made SZB their night stop last Saturday before proceeding back to their China base. At the same time, SZB was hosting lucky spotters from Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Indonesia with this rare aircraft treat. Do enjoy the videos. I apologise for my shaking hands but please TURN UP the volume. China Air Force 045. Clear to land Rwy 15 http://youtu.be/k1TH7B7KkU4 The next morning, both departed slightly after 0800. Thanks MIR for the head start. Again. Please TURN UP the volume China Air Force 045. Taxy to Kilo for Rwy 15 http://youtu.be/xeqlYVyeNak China Air Force 045. Clear for take of Rwy 15. Like most classic aircrafts, they will need to spool the engine before the take-off run. http://youtu.be/mTQIDEPhBrg Thank you China Air Force for your relentless arial S&R in the Southern Indian Ocean for MH370. flee 5 Report post Posted June 9, 2014 So its purposesly launch for AirAsia Vietnam? Then what happen to them failed in JV? It was supposed to be VietJet Airasia. However, the Vietnamese govt. decided to protect their aviation industry and did not approve the joint venture. So it was dissolved. But VietJet learnt a thing or two from Airasia during the period when the JV was in place.
