Subang (WMSA/SZB) 2014

Recommended Posts

Saw a P3 parked in TUDM apron while departing SZB on Tuesday night. Visibility isn't too good to be doing any spotting these few days.

Excellent shots, Chaity! That C-40 in that scheme is very rare around this area, it's based in Andrews AFB.

There's also a ROKAF C-130H (05-183) and a USN P-3 (161764) stationed at SZB.

P-8A 168429 departed SZB for PER earlier in the day as MY102. It was announced today that UAE is sending a C-17 and a Dash-8.

I've been informed, there are two Japanese PC-3 Orion in Subang this morning, 5031 and 5037.

Both are heading to Pearce Air Base, Australia today to join the search for MH370.

Might've departed this morning itself. Heard a strange sounding aircraft (not the usual ATR72s) flying over my place today.

NST reported they took off around 0940 yesterday.

It is rumoured that two P-8 Poseidon involved in the search for MH370 might be making a stop in Subang today en-route to Kadena.

The first departed Perth earlier today around 0600-700.

P-8A 168429 callsign: MY102 (I estimate arrival into SZB between 1050-1140)

P-8A 168430 callsign: TALON 101- ETA unknown
