That's an Uro Vamtac High Mobility Tactical Vehicle made in Spain armed with a Djigit igla launcher.

Yes the crowd control at the MAF 80th anniversary was very bad.

The Hummer-looking thing with Igla, what is it? DRB-Hicom made?

VIP Hostage Rescue

It was a Warm sunny morning when the VIP arrived at the mainstage alongside Maroune Fellaini and his daughter
DSC_0546fb.jpg

Out of nowhere a group of weapons wielding men arrived and started attacking the group aiming for the VIPs
DSC_0567fb.jpg

The bodyguards skilfully neutralized the threat while the VIP shielded Fellaini and his daughter
DSC_0588fb.jpg

The bodyguards Formed a protective circle around the VIP, while an ambulance rushed to the scene to treat the injured
DSC_0592fb.jpg

as the medical personnel approached the VIP, the bodyguard spotted a handgun and reacted immedietely!they were from the same team as the previous attackers acting as medical prsonnels!! Once again the attackers were neutralized. Fellaini and his daughter was already traumatized at that point
DSC_0599fb.jpg

Just when everything was thought to be okay, a large convoy of vehicles with strange markings sped towards the scene. The Bodyguards were vastly outnumbered!this attack was perfectly planned.
DSC_0610fb.jpg

The bodyguard fought valiantly remembering in their hearts that the life of the VIP was at stake. Being vastly outnumbered, there was little they can do. The bodyguards were murdered by the extremist in cold blood as bystanders gasp in horror
DSC_0622fb.jpg

Before they left, the group grabbed Fellainis daughter, gave a threat to the government if their wishes are not fulfilled, more of this will happen, before slithing the throat of the innocent daughter Sarah Fellaini.
DSC_0628fb.jpg

The Extremist bundled the VIP into their vehicle before firing warning shots into the air and speeding off. The bodies of the brave bodyguards were left lying in their own blood. The country was under attack, and its safety at stake..
DSC_0630fb.jpg

The country was under attack..

To Be continued..

VIP Hostage Rescue (Part 2)

The emergency line was flooded with distress calls from the public who witnessed the gruesome events.

Two A109 Helicopters were dispatched by the Army to intercept the runaway vehicles after receiving the distress calls from the escort team
DSC_0766fb.jpg

After reading too many foreignn blogs, the extremists were caught unprepared by the rescue capabilities of the armed forces. The extremist, unable to flee from the sights of the A109s,were cornered. The Army and VAT69 members begun to move in
DSC_0642fb.jpg

DSC_0645fb.jpg

An intense firefight happened with heavy firing from both sides. The attack was swift and effective!
DSC_0655fb.jpg

Specially trained for situations like these, the extremist were easily outgunned and outnumbered by the Special forces team
DSC_0657fb.jpg

The VIP was found dazed but alive in one of the vehicles
DSC_0663fb.jpg

Relieved but not yet safe, the VIP dodged beneath the special forces teams who were taking out the remaining extemists
DSC_0686fb.jpg
DSC_0689fb.jpg
The team captain radioed the extraction team as they escorted the VIP to the extraction zone
DSC_0696fb.jpg
The loyal Nuri Helicopter appeared from behing the buildings at the extraction point to get the VIP to safety.
DSC_0733fb.jpg

With no losses on the offensive side, the VIP was brought to safety. Despite being visibly shaken, The VIP was shaking in anger as he had witnessed the loss of his loyal bodyguards and fellainis daughter who was murdered. determined to make them pay for what they have done, he immedietely ordered for an attack on the extremists base. Mission accomplished!

Nice pics- I can assume the F18 TUDM only battle engagement is the Lahad Datu war?

From what I've remembered; Lahad Datu Incident is the Hornet's Baptism of Fire.

And don't forget that BAE Systems Hawk also fired the shot in anger as well.
