Air New Zealand, the little airline that can, triples its FY2012 profit and 10-year average earnings

Air New Zealand looks set to deliver on its objective to more than double earnings for FY2013, saying it is on track to achieve underlying earnings in at the “upper end” of the NZD235 million to NZD260 million (USD209 million) guidance provided in Apr-2013. If achieved, the result will nearly triple the FY2012 profit of NZD91 million (USD73 million) and build on the 300% improvement reported in the first half of the financial year.

Maybe MH ought to recruit some kiwis to run the show...

Don't need to go that far. Hire a few that turned JAL over, will do as well

The JAL CEO takes the bus to the office, sits in an office cubicle, and lunch with his staff at the cafeteria. Not to mention he cut his own pay. I can't imagine MAS management doing that.

JAL CEO is very straight-forward guy.. He once said JAL suffers huge losses due to some government big shot makes the airline as their cash cow and retirement benefits.. I believe the same problems happens in Malaysia.. Kudos to ANZ, their 773 definately plays a major role here :good:
