KK Lee 5 Report post Posted January 23, 2013 Friendliness is very subjective to culture, people from a more laid back culture and secured environment are more approachable, and most find people from the same tribe/kind/group/culture friendly. People live in city like Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Osaka, London, Singapore, New York, Paris, etc seldom interact with strangers (include pax) with a friendly smile.
