Seems like AirAsia is having issue in making secondary cities in the Philippines work. After Davao now Cebu. I guess only Manila left from KL now?? Kalibo is suspended definitely now.

KHN is China's Nanchang Changbei International Airport code.

I think KLO suspension is due to Boracay Island rehabitation.

Correct. However even if they reinstate it, their fare is exorbitant since there is no competition. Sad

KUL-CEB will not be canx, just reducing from daily to 3/7!

I think this flight is operated by AirAsia Philippines since it has Z2 code. Does AirAsia Malaysia has same route via KUL? Z2 is suspension until end of Feb next year. Thereafter zeroed out?

AirAsia X suspending KTM?? What went wrong? Isn't KTM one of their most lucrative route? Himalaya Airlines. Nepal Airlines, MH and OD most be very happy now......

I suspect it's a downsize. Suspect AK might take over KTM like KHH.

No currently there is a daily CEB-KUL operated bei Philippines AirAsia. No AK.

And KUL-Kalibo was canx before the information that Borcay will be closed. So it had nothing to do with that.

Wikipedia is showing D7 terminating KTM on 13 October 2018 and AK is not taking it over.

I think that was clear.

Not long time ago the route was daily...now 4/7...

When you compared the price for the route to other routes, KTM seems to be very lowyield.

So it makes sense to switch this capacity.

Will either MH & OD will up the ante on this route?

They already ply the route, together with Himalaya and Nepal Airlines.
