Edwin Lau 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2013 Hey guys I am wondering are we able to track aircraft delivery flights? Wondering when is the first 787 to be delivered to RBA? Anybody knows?
flee 5 Report post Posted September 13, 2013 Can use flightaware to track - coverage in US is good but not sure about the rest of the route after it leaves US airspace (usually Guam).

Mohd Azizul Ramli 2 Report post Posted September 13, 2013 Schedule added. http://airlineroute.net/2013/09/12/bi-787-dec13/ Why don't BI fly it non stop BWN-LHR? The aircraft is surely capable of the range (7,015 miles).
Mulyadir Fitri 0 Report post Posted September 13, 2013 (edited) A quick search shows that the lowest fare in Y is about BND 1.9K return from BWN. Around MYR 4.9K. BTW, the RM2K CDG return from KUL is still available for DEC onboard SV. No takers ah? Edited September 13, 2013 by Mulyadir Fitri
Mushrif A 3 Report post Posted September 13, 2013 Schedule added. http://airlineroute.net/2013/09/12/bi-787-dec13/ Why don't BI fly it non stop BWN-LHR? The aircraft is surely capable of the range (7,015 miles). Technically capable, commercially not capable. BI needs the DXB stop to make a bit more revenue on the route, so that it will be just a loss, and not a big-loss.

Isaac 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2013 Any planned BI 787 flights to HKG? Earlier on, BKI, KUL, SIN, HKG and PVG were all mentioned as the likely destination to be served by BI 787 during its early phase of operation.
JuliusWong 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2013 Humans of the Earth, I bring you good news. KUL and SIN will be flown initially on trial run basis with RB new B787. I booked my inaugural flight on 19th October, doing BWN-SIN-BWN return. BI423 6:30pm flight will be RB's first B787 commercial flight, if all goes well. http://airlineroute.net/2013/09/15/bi-sinkul-oct13/

Based on current plan, no. There isn't. Don't think they will take twin engines to replace their B744 or A343; maybe for their B762. B747-8i has a chance though. A380 definitely no as the runway at Brunei International Airport cannot handle such huge load.
