Norman 1 Report post Posted September 28, 2012 Fantastic!! Fantastic!! Is the rego of that C-17 is 90-0535 ? I think that is actually a AS365 Dauphine 2. It's former rego was 9M-DBJ but re-registered to 9M-DBH EC-135(9M-DBH)that we viewed last November already bye-bye. http://www.aviadeale...ndre/ID2662/157 Thanks for the correction MIR.... SKMM still keeping old records... (Anyway it doesn't look like an 135...) Saw it in Bintulu this morning around 10:30am. A great surprise indeed. Must've left SZB before 0730 then .... thanks for photo
KS Ong 1 Report post Posted September 29, 2012 Reach 455 landed at 5.45pm yesterday. Thanks TK for the info. Departed today at 6.10pm today bound for Paya Lebar. There were some heavy road tarring machinery beside the blue pipe which gave us an elevated advantage. However, weather was changing for the worse and rain slowly moving in from the south. She requested Juliet for departure and rotated slightly before Foxtrot. Estimated Rwy used ~3000ft / ~900m. POWER!

Geoff R. 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2012 The nose up profile is so classic. Fantastic shot Tukun on this elusive and rare bird I agree it's a great shot but to be truly "classic" you need a couple of radial piston engines instead of those PT6s.
