flee 5 Report post Posted September 20, 2012 Wonder when is her delivery flight? Nice catch KS - almost not enough light in the haze at 7 pm... I wonder too - I thought it was supposed to be 11 am this morning but since the test flight was delayed till yesterday, the ferry flight might also be delayed. I did not see the Dutch Lady's tail sticking out of the hanger today. Virgin was parked outside - apron very congested these days! Elections must be very near - VIP transport in huge demand! This one came in to SZB at about noon today:

MIR 2 Report post Posted September 20, 2012 Looking at flee's 9M-NAA photo above, I just realized it has a new antenna hump on the rear fuselage (above the rego). I guess it was added during its visit to Toulouse last April.
Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted September 20, 2012 Very exhausted test flight. Will be a busy day at SZB on 21sep, with the UA 735 and Virgin 330; KL 744 will be flown back to AMS too, provided all permits have been issued (some still pending, like India overflight)... MIR 2 Report post Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) Former United B735 is expected into Subang tomorrow evening. No info on timing, going to be painted to Sri Wijaya c/s Route : San Antonio-Los Angeles-Honolulu-Majuro-Biak-Subang Flightaware shows it has changed flight plan, it's flying to Guam instead of Biak. If its just in Guam for gas and go (max. 2 hours stop), then i estimate it might arrive Subang just before sun down today. Hope flightaware will update its ETA into Subang... Also for today, MH5201(endorsement flight?) expected into SZB around mid morning from KUL and it is rumoured Virgin A332 leaving at 0900. KS Ong 1 Report post Posted September 22, 2012 After a no show from Virgin and KLM yesterday, this Pelican was the 'star' of the evening, showing off its aggressive maneuverability. And we ended the day with Cessana Citation 550 Though this morning's weather was a'lil gloomy, there was hope for a good day ahead when this local came out to sunbathe. Our day got even brighter after the Virgin departed. We were treated with a surprise turn-out by the People's Liberation Army Air Force 733 going for a test flight which lasted for around 3 hours. No matter what, as long as there is any available elevation above the fences, it's good enough.
