I'm regretting already NOT coming...

It's a pity that I didn't know this venue early to plan a trip there.

Guys, do take note that the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (Lima) will hold its 12th edition in 2013 from March 26 to 30.

Just reach hotel tired but very happy. Nice to spot with Uncle Norman, Iwan and Kip Dawson. Now I'm off to bed and hopefully get on with photo editing on Monday. :p

Anyway, today morning's flying exhibition was marred by the "no show" for the Gripen and Rafale. However the Rafale did fly in the afternoon, and the C-17 also took to the sky and did the infamous "reverse" thingy. The ending saw 3 TUDM F-5E, 3 Hawks and 3 Hornets low flypass.

IIRC, the RTAF Gripen went back to Thailand on 081211 (Thu).

If LIMA 2013 is in March, too close to Avalon Australia Airshow 2013 which is from 26th February to 3rd March 2013.

just arrived back in kl!had a great time there, met Wai ping and Uncle Norman there during the morning session of the final day. Got some tips from uncle norman and magically my pics were much better on that day!and probably his 'presence' and 'aura' made my pictures come out better also.

was browsing through my pictures on the plane jz now and a japanese guy behind me patted me in the back saying "very good Pictures!" somehow all the sunburn and fatigue seem to disappear.made my day! :)

and last but not least guess who? :)

some pictures to lighten things up, the weather in Langkawi wasnt very forgiving. As hard as it was for me on the ground, it must have been worse for the pilots. Lets see how each airforce dealt with the heat!
