Ben Sure MAHB has a plan. My estimates is that the present built up area KLIA is only about a quarter of the total plan. The addition of KLIA2 though, changes the original plan. I reckon it is cheaper to reclaim land and build the third runway now rather than to build it only when the existing two runways are operating near their capacities.
