flee 5 Report post Posted February 22, 2011 (edited) Just been reading the Air Asia facebook page - seems that their booking infrastrcuture is totally overloaded. This isnt really a surprise because even the minor promotions seem to cause the busy page to appear. I think some serious investment is needed here. Yes, the AirAsia web site sucks big time, as is their customer service. When EasyJet had their sale in January, I had no problems booking. Having said that, I was able to check some fares last night. It is not the usual AirAsia shut out during sale time. But I know that there are many first time users who are not familiar with the booking system. So they tend to panic and get their transactions crash. Secret is not to click more than once. And lots of patience waiting for screen refreshes...
