Greg Wood 3 Report post Posted July 18, 2011 Hi All, Here's a selection from Perth to drool over, some taken last month & some as recent as yesterday. The 747-438 VH-OJL was certainly the highlight yesterday & to achieve maximum results you needed to be under the approach, for me personally you just had to nail it landing!... such a rare & once in a life time opportunity to photograph such an aircraft under these circumstances. Lets start the pictures! Thanks for viewing. GW
Ignatius 4 Report post Posted July 19, 2011 Greg, those were all awesome pictures. Does our airline still frequenting Perth as a schedule flight or a chartered one? And off course OJL is a headturner. It's just soo rare that I can't believe that it was taken in Perth.

MIR 2 Report post Posted July 30, 2011 (edited) The Serpentine Annual Fly-In is a gathering of home-build planes, warbirds, replicas, light sport aircrafts(LSA) and gyros..no jets at all. Its a day of flying and fun at a small airfield located in a kampung area in Serpentine, Western Australia. Click here Edited July 30, 2011 by MIR
