flee 5 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 2011 has had a good start, with PEN, KCH, BKI, SZB and SIN spotters contributing some very interesting catches! Always like the sunrise/sunset shots, with the warm light of the sun. Good to see PER off the mark!

Mushrif A 3 Report post Posted March 20, 2011 He has his own crew. The GIV's registration has his late father's initials. A trivia - Many many years ago, Pahang had a second-hand VIP 727-100 from Brunei, and had the titles Royal Pahang on it.
Sandeep G 1 Report post Posted March 22, 2011 Ineresting catch. I thought it is a mandatory requirement for any aircraft carrying the Malaysian Civil Register to have the Malaysian Flag and the words "MALAYSIA" on the aircraft... Albeit the Sultan of Johor - how come he is not party to the rule?

Tempted to photograph both of them that night but was too tired to drive to the airport. Btw there was a Virgin Australia A330 parked at Bay 61(International Apron) yesterday arvo, saw some personnel checking its starboard main landing gear. tech problems perhaps?
