Landing gear did not retract after take off. They had problem. After landing they got tow back to hangar. Heard that they could not release their parking brake after stop else they would skid to the grass. Cant really hear them properly.

Something is not right here. Why is the main gear door open at this altitude?

Hydraulic problem, they could not retract the landing gears... thus request to come back for landing.

As of 1.30pm today, Air Mauritius is still at the MAS Hangar with another Al-Wafeer.

If got any information on the test flight, do share it with us.

Thanks. :drinks:

And I believe Transmile MD-11 has left SZB.

No. We were in the Estima. We were there from 1015-1140hrs. There was a Malay family on the blue pipe when I was there. Their son/brother was doing the endorsement flight too. Was great to see their excitement.

Icic, I wanted to spot there too but I don't have a tall ladder and there is people on the blue pipe, so decided to move to the afternoon spot.

Keith, the pictures are really awesome... Thanks once again. xD~

Thanks. You're welcome. Have fun working in Transmile. :drinks:

Moi? Thank you very much S M Tang. I am not popular in spotting subforums and among spotters as a matter of fact, so thank you very much LOL. A little behind the scene trivia, I actually received a lot of emails and PMs inquiring about this aircraft - request to rent/do aerial survey et al from as far as Europe and Australia - people really thought this aircraft belongs to me. I established the name '9MMAR' (my initial) in A.Net since 2006 without realizing the fact that an aircraft of the exact same registration does exist in real life.

Yeah. 18-200 Sigma. Unfortunately, is not mine.

Pinjam from my friend to try to take close up pics of the cockpit, but 200mm is still too short.

I'm still waiting for someone to sell me his 70-300mm VR.
