Good for them if they can fill it up with their air+hotel package. Well, that´s obviously the main goal to get their own hotel/resort customers in and out. Selling leftover seats is just an afterthought. ... and if those hotel/resort passengers already make sufficient revenue there´s no huge incentive to sell seats cheap.
