Subang (WMSA/SZB) 2010

Recommended Posts

Subang (12th May 2010): Unknown type of NB aircraft landed at WMSA around 1100LT. Can see clearly since haze & back-lit hampered my view range.

:)

SpiceJet?

Why is that C-130 going for a nose-first touch down ? :o

He level off at the last minute... hehe

Tactical approach I believe, it was one of the approaches by this aircraft

during the touch & goes...

C-130 is a straight-wing aircraft. Unlike swept-wing aircraft, straight-wing aircraft will have a nose-down attitude during approach.

Wow!! What a nice shots for landing close up photo!

Also noticed that using RAT(Ram Air Turbine) for flight test,

Possibly they have experienced all-generator out or all engine power loss

test while flying.

Thank you for sharing a good photo.

Thanks so much Norman! Gotta love the clean lines of a Global Express!

Nice new scheme on VP-BEM.

Good to see more and more bizjets based at Subang, with the newest resident being of course Mr Tan's new Global 5000 9M-TAN, caught here by Emperor Kong the other week --> CLICK ME!

Superb shots from MWingers covering SZB. I wished I had come out last Saturday too!

Those hoses on the undercarriage looks mighty vulnerable. Does anyone know if they are pneumatic or hydraulic?
