Sri Ramani K. 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2010 Saw 9M-AFY (Lotus livery) flown over Wawasan Plaza at 4PM this afternoon... Seems that just departed from BKI, any photos of this beauty? Not only once, but came in twice, also operated AK5100 STD KUL 0645. It was too late to inform any BKI members by the time I realised.

MIR 2 Report post Posted September 30, 2010 Guys, be on the lookout for a Britten-Norman BN-2B-20 Islander at KK in the near future. The aircraft(VH-ZZT) was repainted in Queensland, Australia and shall be delivered to Malaysia as 9M-LYG. wow... thanks for the early info! LYG=Layang-Layang Aerospace? is on leased or purchased by Layang2? Perhaps the Britten-Norman is already in Malaysia by now. Reported in Australian Aviation Magazine October 2010: BN-2B-20 VH-ZZT, which was on delivery to a Malaysian operator, departed Ayers Rock for Broome on August 2. Radzi 2 Report post Posted October 12, 2010 Since we are talking about the same A/C, might as well post it here. As usual for that gate, she is partially blocked. At 2 pm she was at A2, which is the nearest to the obs deck. I thought she was departing, but looking from Chaity's picture, she was towed to the remote bay next to the Bunga Raya building. Back then it was just 1X a week with the 330, then on some seasons, it would be like 2X...with the new 738...I'm sure things would work out better...via SIN is expensive, BWN the timing is bad...via KUL the wait is very long... KCH is SO boring... Edited October 17, 2010 by Kenneth Chong WT
Ignatius 4 Report post Posted October 18, 2010 I'd very much like D7 to operate out of Kch though kekekeke.. then the wait is all over...
