Any updates on the Bunga Raya route to LCCT? Is it still closed? Going to the airport tomorrow and was planning to do a detour before that.

I think the road is 'permanently closed' to public... :pardon:

Thank you, sir! 'Permanently closed' sounds good to me (: Maybe I'll just 'stray' to the threshold of the runway then.

BTW, I left early and there was a Bulis patrol waiting outside of the ladang, where our cars were parked.

There were 4 privates and spoke to two of them (Azman and another by name of Shazi or something) for like 10 mins on what I was doing there. Showed them some shots. The other two went rounding at the other ladang.

They were nice and did not ask for IC or money. Heard from Hong Kit that they were not there when he left.

Just be careful these days at ladang.

Spotting really difficult nowadays.

I did walk to the road from LCCT to the weather station but was not allowed for entry :nea: . Here is a pic of the blocked road from AK aircraft on final to RWY32L

2nd May '10, first flight for Oman Air going back to Muscat at around 0940.

32R morning departure is always tricky at OH with Bulis saying "Hi" to you at around 1000. :finger:

So, Lake side was a better bet but belly shots. <_>

A4O-DC leaving on time. :good:

Looking at the small logo on the engine cowling and the words Oman Air, I thought the paint is peeling even for this relatively new aircraft

Another angle but the paint looks perfect. :pardon:

Nice magic silver paint, ha ha ! :D

Nice and clear shots of Oman in excellent weather conditions... :good:

you're sooooo lucky in 'receiving' so many M-E carriers at KUL (unlike AMS)...
