Suzanne Goh 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2014 never tried Lion before. Is it similar to Ryanair's seats? Thai Lion's config is identical to JT indo fleet. And that's like 215 seats at 28 inch pitch or something. (feels like it) Malindo's / Batik's one is closer to 170 something - with 32 inch pitch. Big difference oo... Mohd Azizul Ramli 2 Report post Posted May 20, 2014 Not related to Malaysia in particular but this is shocking (for me at least). SQ to cancel and Riyadh and Cairo. Jeddah is to be tagged to Dubai. http://airlineroute.net/2014/05/20/sq-mena-oct14/ SQ used to have an extensive network in the Middle East just a few years ago. Apart from the 2 mentioned above, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait are the other stations which has been closed.

Apart from the 2 mentioned above, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait are the other stations which has been closed. Maybe this is due to the massive expansion of Middle East carriers in South East Asia. Plus connectivity to destination beyond the cancelled destination.
