This was their first ever plane, 9M-XAA.

It underwent its C-check and seat refitting earlier this year - so it now has the same awful narrow non-reclining 3-3-3 seats as 9M-XXA and 9M-XXB.

PTV is handheld set, like those on board the A343s.

Understand that due to competition from D7, CI will cut capacity and deploy smaller aircraft on TPE - KUL vv. :(

Btw, anyone know what's the load was like yesterday? Has been quite awhile since the online booking/buying frenzy.

Here it is the answer :drinks:

AirAsia's Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes said the flight had 88 percent load, carrying guests which included president of the Malaysian Friendship and Trade Centre in Taipei, Datuk Abdullah Mohd Salleh and AirAsia X CEO, Azran Osman-Rani.

Maybe CI will send its Lavender jet 738 KUL-TPE. :clapping:

Or they may combine PEN and KUL as 1 single flight. EVA may drop KUL too.

So no more "Sweet", "Orchid", or EVA 77W. :(
