H C Chai 4 Report post Posted October 15, 2008 A friend of mine booked a flight via an online travel website. It should be an instant confirmation but instead he received a phone call from the travel agent few hours later, saying the fare shown on the website was a mistake and it should be £50 more. There is a PNR number for this booking but it has not been ticketed, i.e. no ticket number. Just wondering does one have any negotiation power to get the travel agent to ticket the booking without paying the extra £50? The credit card has not been charged. Thanks in advance.
