The other airline rolled out a new website (plus changes to the booking system) that was going to make booking easier (as claimed). Within 4 hours, they switched back to the old layout when they realised that there is just too much to handle and would mean loss of genuine transactions. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out an alternative rather than keeping something that would cost you in terms of revenue.

Some interesting observation. Considering that you need at least 30-35 metres of clearance from ground to allow for an A380 to pass underneath, the skybridge would be about 7-8 floors high (considering 10-12feet for a single storey).

So is the issue now the job or the money? Food for thought perhaps?

Everyone wants to be a pilot. Those who can afford to pay, they end up paying their way out of their own will and get the license done. When they're done, they blame the authority or the airline for not having a job. I believe this is not a 2 week or 3 month old issue. It has been here for some time (years as far as I am aware) and yet the number grows on a yearly basis. What people need to do is research well enough before spending so much and only end up knowing they there isn't a job for them. Flying schools no doubt want your money and they will say whatever it takes to get you to enrol but that isn't the issue here. I just hope we won't see a wise politician who suggests that we start a new airline to employ these grads and get them flying (just like what they do to the unemployed grads from the local varsities).

It is possible to get Jet-A1 fuel in TGG, but just no pressure refuelling. No good for jets (but still doable), good for helis.

From what I can confirm, the 737-400 without the MH logo on the tail is 9M-MMR & the A330 without the MH logo on the tail is 9M-MKC. The blue 737 you saw was probably an ex MH -400 series. It is not painted blue, but seemed to be covered with a blue cover. Unable to confirm the registration with you. The 738 you saw without a winglet must be 9M-FFB which is missing its LH winglet. Hope this helps you.

Aircraft sent in was an A310 & was seen parked at Bunga Raya Complex.

It often leaves KUL in the wee hours of the morning (circa 4am/5am). As of today, it was seen idling the whole day at the cargo bay.

I think this bug has been there for a very long time. When you do a seat selection and decide to cancel it before checkout, you're left with no other option except for Credit/Debit card or e-voucher payment. Have encountered it a few times before.

Now we have WMKP3 on the radar. And whoever who owns this is seriously the boss at the moment. Just look at the coverage he/she is able to pick up!

There was a function held for the first A320 to land in MKZ. It was also to celebrate the completion of the runway extension.

9M-MLN was seen in MH hangar in KUL. The malaysiaairlines wording is up and the tail is also being painted. Can't see a special livery coming up based on that though but I could be wrong.

Not very accurate, Leon. There is a lot more in the list if you talk about ETOPS significant systems.
