  1. i'm ready to help on friday but have to bear in mind i'm no pro in simmers..still learning on the cessna thou HAHA!! not even a big time spotter, still carrying my 2MP cam around..wat to do small time enthusiast. PM me if my experties(?) can be used somewhere..HAHA
  2. we shall all make a visit...anyone planning to meet up there?
  3. i was at BKK last week, and indeed i was surprised to see the crowd. tbh, i've never seen such a crowd as that even in changi. but all i'd say is it was poorly planned, unlike KLIA. but there have to start off somewhere. it's not that they do not know where to start, it's just that the airport is filled with traffic day in day out which somehow complicates renovation/refurbishment work to be carried out. anyways, i'd still say it's far much better compared to klia, all it might need it just time. cheers!
  4. i do not see anything in MAS to change in the near future except for the CEO. maybe it'll be same s#1t, everyday..sigh, luckily i'm exempted from tax..or else i'd go
  5. i beg to differ. the government have all rights to do so as they are the biggest shareholders. although they do not potray it directly, they're doing so through their organisation, PMB. It might just look to us that they're totally independant and decisions are made by the administration but i guess it's they who decide where the airlines head. this is a usual sight in malaysia. eg: proton. just my two cents, i guess they cannot progress as long as there is someone to feed them all the time and provide them with all the $ when they direly need it. it's way past time for these organisations to be independant and perhaps less interference from the govt ensures prosperity. cheers!
  6. just to add on, although MAS is a badan tidak berkanun, the largest shareholders in the company are all owned by the government. they actually decide the future of the company thou..saddening
  7. sorry off topic for a while, how do you guys gain entrance into the hangar? i tried a lot previously, never managed to get in..
  8. hop on my boat, i'll bring you there in 25 minutes when we get a chance to do so =)
  9. sorry to stir things up here thou..i live in the heart of SBN..you can reach sungai pelek in 20-25mins from seremban via the old seremban-banting road. i go there almost every weekend(including today), driving at abt 70-80kms p/h. perhaps different route, different time frame. hop on my back and i'll show you how easy it can get going over there. i guess going to klia is long because there isn't a direct road linking sbn to klia..even the highway goes from one end to another end before u reach klia wherelse the old sbn-klang road leads u directly to sg pelek..no 360 or 180 turn..
  10. Sg. Pelek is about 20minutes drive from seremban(exactly where I live) It’s one of those not-so-developed towns but you can see some big hoteliers donning the area (Seri Malaysia being one of them) yee-haa for my first post!
