    KL Aerial Tour?

Jani, If you interested in the Helicopter side of things I do it. If you want more info give me a call or pm. 0122865574.
  3. Indeed, we certainly can. There is nothing wrong with the term Sapphire. It actually sounds very classy and isn't hard to pronounce. Its about time the general public buck's up on their English anyway.
  4. Great Feedback and insight there Julius. But I think what they need to do is get the B777's refurbished with new interiors, IFE etc. The 777 is still a good and fine aircraft and it performs well for MH. Service is good as usually but its just the Interior, IFE and sum small other things that need to be changed and like the rest I prefer the 2-5-2 config. Flew SQ frm AKL to SIN on the 3-3-3 and it wasn't all that fun.
  5. Thanks MIR and Norman for the info.
  6. Cheers, thanks for that MIR. Is it a chartered flight?
  7. Anyone had any Info on MH8186? It was operated by an A332 9M-MKV. What is its destination? Chartered, extra flight?
  8. On Another Note, Qatar had diverted to JHB. Apparently crew had exceeded their duty hours. Pax were stranded in JHB for almost 4 to 5 hours. In the end QR's SIN-DPS flight was cancelled and the crew was used to fly JHB-KUL. Dept was close to midnight.
  9. Its interesting and good too see different facts and opinions. Now had you been a passenger on the QF A380 which had an explosion in the engine, would you say the A380 is unsafe?
  10. Yes that's rite Yusof. Thanks for that Thanks for the info Hoe Jyh.
  11. Thanks for the Info MIR. On another note, can someone confirm if 9M-MPH has left Malaysian Shores. It departed at around 1430LT today from SZB in heavy rain. Unsure if it went for a test flight or left for good. Can someone please confirm this.
  12. Yeap saw it from the air when flying over Port Klang. Deck was full of aircraft. Saw 2 grey hounds on deck and a whole heap of fighters. On another note. Air Nuigini's F100 P2-AFH/ANH is currently in Subang for Mx with Airod. There are 3 MH B734's in SZB and 9M-MQC has had its Tail Logo Removed and a temp sticker for its registration sticked on. I suspect this will be the first 734 leaving the fleet. Also 2 ex Mas Wings F50 are bound to a new Operator. Can't confirm exactly the name of the company, but it was something along the lines of My Travel. Will try to get a shot of it next time.
  13. I think the question and this topic is misguiding/misleading. There is nothing wrong with an aircraft that is old, it comes down to how an aircraft is maintained and who are doing the maintenance on this particular aircraft. As a passenger yes you can say its unsafe its old, but heck hold a second there. Put yourself in the shoes of a pilot or cabin crew for a second there and think about the amount of sectors they fly in a day be it 2, 4 or 6 sectors and the fact that some of them have families and kids and the most important thing to them your lives(passengers on board). Heck if the 737-400 wasn't safe, are all those people who work on them blind and stupid? I don't think so man. Might want to be a tad bit specific with your question there.
  14. Its Probably gone for a Flight Test.
  15. Thanks for the Update Jim. Two More updates: Myanmmar add's another weekly frequency bringing it to 6 weekly flights http://airlineroute.net/2011/08/26/8m-kulsin-w11/ Uzbekistan Airways change in capacity http://airlineroute.net/2011/08/26/hy-w11/
  16. It was already expected for them to make a loss however now there is just one think we can look forward to, with this so called new managements, new CEO/MD etc, lets see what steps are they going to take to improve things. It would actually be good to compare some statistics from Q1 and Q2 with Q3 and Q4.
  17. I highly doubt they are going to delay it. The first aircraft is already on the assembly line. I reckon tho if they do delay it, I'm sure Airbus could possibly impose a fine or something along those lines seeing that an Agreement was already made and the aircraft is already on the assembly line tho I may be wrong. Just my two cents.
  18. Alrite, sounds good saleh
  19. Great catch there Saleh of the KC. Spotting tomorrow morning?
  20. As Jim has mentioned, Just some updates for KUL. Jetstar Asia add's another 3 weekly flights http://airlineroute.net/2011/07/15/3k-aug11/ CI to use Jumbo (B747) on Taipei - KL route as well as the new flights from Kaohsiung. http://airlineroute.net/2011/08/03/ci-w11update1/ http://airlineroute.net/2011/08/16/ci-khh-w11/ and has been mentioned Equipment upgrade from Korean Air http://airlineroute.net/2011/08/11/ke-w11update5/
  21. No VIP aircraft, but there is a USAF KC130/135 Tanker parked at Bay 17/18 next to the B742.
  22. They have two flights to MEL. One is routed via KUL, the other direct and extends on to AKL.
  23. Yes Pieter both based in Malaysia with a whole lot of other US and even Bermuda registered aircraft that are based in Subang.
  24. Yes Sharil, I believe that will be the case. 32L/14R will become 32C/14C and the new runway possibly 32L/14R
  25. Sorry what I meant was the price for the train ride from LCCT to MTB if it isn't free will probably cost peanuts.
