We were lucky Fauzi... PapaPapa couldn't wait to get airborne, eventho' the weather wasn't ideal.. Wet-wet "Caterham Jet" (note in double quote...) rolling to get airborne to FL340, destination: Koh Samui But my initial intention went spotting this afternoon was for this Clipper "Convoy7842"... Before that... in menacing cloud coming from the east.. "Mega08" / M30-11 was doing touch&goes... sweet but stern-sounded lady pilot on-board.. Heavy tailwind/crosswind with storm cloud when 9M-FYF arrived... -- Antonov was still on Transmile apron when I arrived SZB at 1530LT

After the departure of the MPF... I stayed back for a while & got these among others... Special Tail - that's the latest I think... and these two came in using callsign "Malaya Combined"... they just arrived from a cross country flight from Bandung Air Show..

Ironically... the father-in-law of one of the tech crew for this MH5446, flew the aircraft from Seattle to Subang during her delivery, 19 years ago... It was a sad moment in Subang yesterday... with the gloomy weather ... Even the 'regular fence seaters' were there to bid farewell to her... Slowly she inched her way to Kilo... and hold short on Kilo for a while for me to get her nose ... Then she received the clearance for immediate take off on runway 15 Stop for a while on lining up for me to get her nose .. Azahan's Style... Then... she spooled all her power for the long acceleration on runway for HNL.... ... -- Over to you Fauzi....
