not totally wrong,its normal in the ATM/MAF to call the LM C130H as "charlie",probably taken out of context.By the way have flown the classic C130H/30 while doing my service to the nation,had a few good flying memories on that airplane,(did tactical low flying either singles or in pairs,fighter affiliation with F15s,tactical drops,etc)

Today only one runway in operation at WMKK/KUL,came back from PER,saw a massive traffic jam for aircraft departing and arriving into KUL.Only Rwy 14R available for Dep and Arr,the other Rwy was undergoing calibration by DCA flight calibration Lerjet60.

Once the ECE(East Coast Expressway-Lebuhraya Pantai Timur) is completed,the pax numbers will evaporate,just look what happen to Kuantan after the ECE was opened. High speed rail to the east coast will be cost prohibitive.Better the project be on the west coast.
