Agree with Alan B. , MAS product and services are lousier then last time when they were 4 star...
the service, the product really don't deserve 5 star, hopefully they get downgraded to what they are now...
I was once very proud with MH...but now very disappointing about the service they provided...
agree, MAS really need to upgrade their product....even the inflight service like the meal are lousier then last time 4star...really don't know how MAS can maintain their 5 star status...
