i think its either STPM OR Engineering... but i think preference wil lbe given to candidates with higher level of qualifications and work experiences ( related or not)...thats what i think...but the waiting game is killing...

Hi all, did anyone apply for the SIA cadet pilot thingy online at the SIA website recently? N e one got called or received an email getting called for interviews or does n e one have an idea when will they do so? coz i know there is an interview for cabin crew's in KL somewhere in Dec and Jan. so am just wondering...thanks

There wont be any more lift when the wing has stalled, and this happens approximately around 15 degree angle of attack( varies from wing to wing according to the NACA shape of airfoil). this happens because there is no airflow over the top section of the airfoil and hence no lift is produced. This theory can be proven using Bernoullis equation and seen clearly using wind tunnel testing.

i heard as a private student to get into MFA , wil have to wait to 2007...apparently , they are fully booked with these MAS n AA cadets...n they even fly on sundays...how mad is that aye? when i was there in MFA, we could fly many hours a day...but now , it has changed to the other..imagine... so , i would suggest, for those who are really interested in flying, to join a flying club first, if u cant get into MFA straight... or for those who read the news papers recently , just check this website www.esbfc.com...apparently they are training u to get an australian CPL ? but is it valid in malaysia? the next question... just sharing info guys...cheers
