  1. Do you know the serials of the 4 F18's that did the fly past of the Grand Prix on Sunday?
  2. 9M-MTO back in service to what looks like to cover some of the extra services that Australia are getting for the summer. Melbourne and Sydney back to 3 daily on certain dates.
  3. Evening all, I didn't know where to put this question, thought this might be closest to find an answer.... Does anyone know what the current situation of 9M-MTO is at the moment. It has not visited Australia or seemed to have flown for quite some time. Is it in storage or Withdrawn from use?
  4. Good Evening, I wasn't sure if this was the best place to ask this question, but there were no other topics that would fit the question. I have a Friend who is currently in transit with Air Asia in KUL. From the Low Cost Carrier terminal he could see a white B767 with red engines. By any chance does anyone on this forum no what the rego of this aircraft is. Any help would be appreciated.
  5. Thank yu very much for that info. It is exactly the answer i was loking for. Looks like I was looking hard enough when I searched this forum before I post my orginal quetion on the subject. Thanks again.
  6. Yes, the 3 Ex-Air Atlanta ones. By any chance do you have a rego for those 3. I know Malaysia Cargo had TF-AAB, AMD at one stage but I am not sure what there current status is, so they could be one or 2 of them.
  7. Evening all, I have a request from a friend of mine who just returned from Kuala Lumpur... He noticed that there are 3? B747's which appeared to be stored at KLIA and are postitioned down by Rwy.32. Does anyone what the regos are and who they blonged to, he has checked everywhere for info, but to no success. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Afternoon all, I didn't know which forum to put it in 32L or 32R. I have posted in 'KUL Apron movements' as well Virgin Australia B777-300ER VH-VPH is currently enroute to Abu Dhabi from Sydney as VA29, If all goes to plan it should then operated EY419/418 (on behalf of Etihad) to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow. VH-VPH for those who don't know is in full Virgin Australia colours.
  9. Afternoon all, I didn't know which forum to put it in. Virgin Australia B777-300ER VH-VPH is currently enroute to Abu Dhabi from Sydney as VA29, If all goes to plan it should then operated EY419/418 (on behalf of Etihad) to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow. VH-VPH for those who don't know is in full Virgin Australia Livery.
  10. Charity, In response to your question in the other thread... Virgin Australia will operate EY418/419 every Sunday, This will reduce the idle time the aircraft has in Abu Dhabi between arriving from Sydney as VA29 on Saturday and departing to Sydney on Monday as VA30. Virign have 5 B777W's in their fleet 4 (VH-VPD, E, F & VOZ) are in the old V Australia livery (with Virgin Australia titles). VH-VPH is in the new Virgin Australia White scheme.
  11. Evening all, I don't know if this is the right place to put this.... Virgin Australia B777-300ER VH-VPE is operating EY418/419 service on 27/5/12 from Abu Dhabi. Virgin Australia will operate this flight on behalf of Etihad every week,
  12. Afternoon all, Virgin Australia B777-300ER VH-VPH is due to depart Sydney for Singapore at 0800(Sydney time) on Monday morning 26/2/12, it should arrive if calculations are correct around 1425 (Singapore time). This is the 1st VA B77W to be going for a repaint from the V Australia livery into the Virgin Australia colours (See link for more details). http://yssyforum.net/board/showthread.php?p=72274#post72274
  13. I am not bothered by it either., as he prvides good information. It was just I happened to stumble upon it when I was reading that the 2 people were connected.
  14. It has reported on Airliner Route Update that melbourne will loose its SQ A380 service from January 2012. Not sure why, or for how long. Also another query... If I do a 'dummy' booking for both ADL-KUL-ADL and MEL-KUL-MEL it is showing B772's from November 1st onwards. From September 27th until Ocotber 29th it is showing A333's for both these sectors. does this mean the A333's will only last a month or Mh have not updated the booking system from beyond this point. Just a query that is intriging to me, I would hate for the A333's to last a month in Adelaide.
  15. That is correct the QF B744's are operating QF581/582 6x a week from Sunday-Friday.
