How long do u think the search would go on ?

First time seeing a civilian Guflstream having some kind of a belly underneath....Is tht somekind of radar or communications equipment ?

I like the colour tone of this bird......the blue shades are just very nice and blends well into the fuselage

They could when its low season but for CX/KA PEN-HKG route, its always almost 80% capacity every flight....if they use A321 that means the flight must be really empty or their 330 are having issues....321 cannot cater to the traffic for this route in my opinion

CX Cargo will still operate as usual.......KA took over CX for PEN route is due to streamlining operations by slowly turning short haul routes to KA while CX concentrate on med long haul routes The delay for KA flight I think is most likely due to current hailstorms poundering HK at this moment

hope EK or EY or QR can start direct flights in PEN in the near future....just a matter of time

Looking on the bright side....KA food offerings n quality is better than CX....

Do know which part of Penang HIll is the radar located ?......my hunch was correct then tht we have a radar ontop of the hill

Assuming MH370 did fly towards Pulau Perak.... TUDM Butterworth would hv detected it and so does PEN radar........but why the silence till now ? Also, can anyone confirm if TUDM has any station / post up at Penang Hill ? If yes and if it is some kind of Listening post, then we would have pick up some kind of signal, am I correct ? I'm saying this as I sometimes cycle up to Penang Hill fr Botanical Gardens tar road and have come across a few times TUDM personnel on motorbikes or vehicles goin up and down that road...
