  1. Indeed, the Suite is really fantastic. But I also strongly believe the price tag to be even more "beautiful" especially when it might be up to 25% increase in price tag from B744 ( The Old Queen thus making B744 the New Queen's Mother ) First Class. haha...with that, perhaps mostly the Super Rich can afford the Suite travel. Cheers

  5. A short preview to share with all of members of SIA A380's magnificent cabin. http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee238/S...5_SIA-Cabin.flv Enjoy
  6. Yes Mr Big used to be 9V-BIG with Singapore flying club. According to Mr LEE of sfc, this plane was sold to one chap in malaysia. It could have been used by one of Johor's flying club now perhaps. Also the Tampico TB-9 flys pretty well compared to the C152s that college operates currently. Cheers Mr BIG. I believe she was formerly 9V registered. Anyone can confirm?
  7. More Pics.... Follow the link pls http://fleetbuzz.wordpress.com/2007/06/27/...ng-787-emerges/
  8. Hahaha... Idham. to me the production line is also a hangar no diff.......haha. Life on the 744 is slow but yet satisfactory. Also I don't fly the Cargo planes anymore as SIA Cargo tech crew man their own aircrafts since April 07. I am only on the passenger fleet right now... So if I get to fly the MAS 744 leased to SQ. Will sure take a few good shots of it. It will be used just for Sin-Akl-Sin Sector. 9V-SPR. Cheers
  9. Hello SV, Every details are in this link http://www.boeing.com/commercial/787family...061011b_nr.html But before the 787 comes in, we are expecting to see leased A330 in SIA livery end of next year ( part of the arranged compensation package from Airbus for the A380 delay ). I am sure you will get to fly on the SIA 787 real soon as I hope to be converted to fly this new technology jet. Cheers, Colin

  17. Yo Leech, Yea man.....I am getting lots of USA via Europe flts lately. Hee Hee......very lucky for me this coming 2 mths. Roster very very good. All thanks to the roster guys at office. But also can be quite tiring especially when I cross so many time zones along the way. Really need a good 5 days off after that to recuperate my body clock. Also very helpful during the days off to allow me to do my stuff mostly banking, sending the car in for servicing etc etc. I am sure 777 guys are working darn hard too man. Almost clocking close to 90 hrs I heard some 777 colleagues. Call you soon. Colin
  18. Leech: I flew with Foo AC. Sorry Bro, have not flown with the Capt u mentioned earlier. Back in Sin and real tired. Another 14 days trip to come from 2nd May this time stretches to USA, ORD. 21. Good day Capt Attan, It was a beautiful morning when I arrived back into Sin. Hence my tiny fuji cam started to work hard. Ha Ha. The APU switch ( near top left in the photo ) is in off position after all engines are started and achieved self substaining speed. Meanwhile the near bottom right APU engine bleed valve is left "on" together with all the PACKs switches on that is the normal configuration for flight. Cheers, COlin
  22. Seth: Always welcome, more to come after sorting in my notebook. Pieter: Thanks Pieter. Will let u know after my arrival. Meanwhile keep the weather temperature in AMS cool alright. Heee Heee Polar bear needs it alot. Cheers, Colin
  23. Hello good evening Seth, Liam, Imran, Kwek, Again this is the path for the "title" to come sooner or later. Also the 744 fleet is a winding down fleet probably in 2010. Further more during the Sars period 2 years plus back. Many jumbos are flown and parked in the US Deserts. Hence the SIA livery are painted over mostly in white. When aviation business picked up again soon after Sars. The Jumbos which are parked in the desert are reactivated and just painted back to normal cheatline livery with the title gone. Again just machines to make monies. Any care about spotters, aviation enthusiasts? U know the ans very well. Now " First to fly A380" is more important. Welcome to the real aviation world. Cheers, Colin
  24. Min Chun: Aa always glad to share. More to come soon. Cheers. Eric: Thanks for the info and look to hear from you again real soon. Pieter: Of cos I will remember you while flying over AMS, the controller too have a very nice sweet voice.....haha telling her ok over to MAASTRICHT 132.855 bye bye Singapore 317. Coming over to disturb you end April. Ha Ha.......hey I got another MAY trip to AMS. So will get to meet up with you twice then. Hee Hee ......Hope you don't mind if I let my Capt tag along to the model shop and plane spotting if he shows any interest then. Cheers Pieter Best regards, Colin
