Kuching International Airport @ WBGG 2016

Supposedly, there were no more arrivals of a D7 A333 since yesterday was the last day that they sent an A333 here. Yet, they still send. Yay If not mistaken, they will send their A333 until the end of this year or, until they have the sufficient amount of A320 pilots. 1st may 2016 Gio was flying on WSK. 9M-XXV(Global Xpansion) N999FJ(Used to have Malaysia Regs) 9M-SSC -

Spotting Log 24th April 2016 The skies were blue and clear in the morning. 9M-AJW 9M-LNF The vortex! 9M-MSJ M54-01 from Subang. Our important guest of the day~ 9M-ASB under AIROD Aerospace N188MR The frequent guest~ Quite frequent to see her flying to Kuching. 9M-MSB 9M-WaSaBi 9M-AFW She and AFI are currently based in Kuching. The only two special liveries. 9M-SSE aka The Viking! 9M-AJH as AXM9984. Probably it could be an endorsement, chartered flight or others. One of the reasons we love an a320 equiiped with sharklets is because of the blinking strobe lights! 9M-XXZ She was going around. Grateful to be one of the lucky ones to hear the loud impressive sounds of the RR Trent engines when Go Around thrust was applied. Positive rate, gear up! While XXZ was going around, here came the Hercules, which is M30-04 from 14th Squadron of RMAF. The second attempt to land on 25. Would say that Kuching Airport was very busy. -

I hope that they will change the scheduled time and they should arrive here during daylight. It is very hard to catch them due to weak lighting in the early morning. -

Fantastic and gorgeous shot! I think these 2 words are yet enough to describe this shot, because it is too beautiful! Update This is the 2nd flight of today, which is AK8670. Unfortunately, the clouds were not on our side as they were blocking the sun. -

And, we will be going to catch the reds and share their pictures here! 17/4/2016 M39-02. I think this would be my first proper shot of a heli. Alpha Juliet Whiskey holding at Charlie due to traffic inbound. Close up of her. The pilots took Alpha instead due to traffic inbound 07. -

I had been spotting for the whole day. However, it is a great experience. These are the shots that I took just now. 7/6/2015 I spotted this heavy at the roadside that leads to the DCA's HQ. Then, these shots were taken at the cafe which is located on the upper floor of Kuching Sentral. So far, it is a good spotting location where we can spot departures. Sometimes a plane may hold at intersection A due to traffic, so we can only expect its belly. Hopefully, the sun is not blocked by clouds. 9M-ATM 9M-AJG Lining up Runway 07. I have cropped this photo. -

As Zamir said, those flights were not really chartered flights. The school holidays was not only the factor which led to the upgrading of MH flight. The holidays was just one of the factors. -
