  1. Hi all. Need your help. I remember seeing a shot of Eva Air B-16309 in Hello Kitty livery either somewhere on this forum or on 9v several weeks ago. The shot in question was a recent shot long after it was thought that B-16309 had been repainted in normal livery. Scanned through the threads but cdnt find it. I hope the poster of that shot or someone who remembers where it was posted could post a link. Thank you very much.
  2. Thanks, TT. Oh so it was an ECP catch.
  3. Nice catch KC. Was this a 20C dep? Thank you.
  4. Kian Hong, you learn very fast. Simon, thought I would introduce Changi Beach to you with this video of a 20R approach 20R approach Changi Beach is the first terra firma you see in the video. where will you be staying in SIN?
  5. Dont forget the T1 viewing mall where you can watch, photograph planes and learn about construction at the same time in aircon comfort. Great esp in the evenings and if u r a roo lover. Oso if u like the Union Jack or the colour blue. Welcome to Singapore.
  6. Andrew, Will miss seeing you at Changi Beach (particularly in coat and tie). Best Wishes on your posting. PS Hoping to see AA ONe World T7 from you soon.
  7. You're right KC. Just checked my camera exiF. She was still over Changi Beach at 1740. Thank you for the correction
  8. GZND was parked at gate C1 and she arrived around 1717.
  9. Thank you, Ian. Any preferred floors? what focal length did you use to get the shots? Thanks.
  10. Hi Ian. Beautiful shots. You mentioned the room. Would that be a hotel room? If so, which hotel is that from which you cn photograph planes at HKIA? Thank you.
  11. T1 Viewing Mall is the place for spotting provided its still open . Before you check out, T3 transit area is another. If all you want is to view plane outlines (you know, like a bad case of noise reduction on a compact), T2 and T3 Viewing malls would do too. Happy Spotting.
  12. Great catch of KB, KC. Thanks for sharing.
  13. Yeah Like the ones at Newton Food Centre

  19. Welcome to Singapore, Chaity. Nice titles, KC
  20. Simon, where did you take this nice shot?
  21. Changi Business Park, Changi Beach's neighbour.
  22. 28/12/08 Thought I would share another angle of Paulie, Paul Mc Ginness (VH-OQC), as she descends towards the trees and 02L on her delivery flight (QF6022) from Toulouse to Sydney via SIN.
  23. Who's Joe? Or is that the Christian name of anyone (tt I am unaware of ) on this forum?
  24. Changi Beach is a great place to watch the waves and the occasional tankers and yachts. It is also a wonderful location for studying the community of permanent campers. Howvever, no planes fly over it since the wind has changed. They now come in from Changi Business Park which is relatively inaccessible when compared to Changi Beach. Your timing is a little off if you had hoped to spot from Changi Beach. Changi Beach becomes prime spotting terra firma next Apr again through to early Nov. Wishing you a fruitful spotting expedition.
  25. In the afternoon from Changi Business Park. Perhaps the others on this forum can provide more specific info about CBP such as how to get there. Have yet to spot there myself. Morning approach spotting is not recommended.
