I can't help but wonder if MAB were using B739ER to complement the A333 and B738, they might be in a better state. But at least they are waiting for the aircraft to be delivered, right?

I landed in Terminal 4 yesterday on AK flight - still rather quiet, and it was a short walk from the aerobridge to immigration - as usual - no queue at immigration and in less than 10min after disembarkation, I was out. Super efficient. Pleasant airport. I must say Changi does get lots of things right.
I didn't try the check in at T4 on the return trip to KL today - took Firefly at T2, and the flight was less than half full. Wonder how Firefly is doing on the SZB-SIN sector - for the past few flights, they were about 50% load only.
The immigration counter is still manned or fully automated? Judging from the youtube video, Changi is doing everything right for this terminal. Even their terminal 1 feel newer than KLIA mtb.

Only 51 A319neo are sold! Maybe the saving from improvement is no as good as the larger A320neo. I think C-series will slot in nicely below A320neo.

If MAB indeed leasing the ex-airberlin fleet, will they rip out all the seats and install a new one? At a glance, airberlin business class is identical to EY business, which is not bad IMO.

I remember when I flew with MH KUL-DPS back in year 2004, I had option with AM departure B772 and PM departure A330. Of course those days are gone.
Year 2014, purposely choose B777 to and fro DPS as it was going to be retire. The flight was full both sector. I really miss those thickly padded seats!

What is the importance of this rating? I don't think the average public that fly MH read the review from the website. I think the ranking is pointless, since every airlines is cutting back services to gain more profit.

I thought they want to add more premium economy, no? 30-inch with slimline seats gonna be unpleasant with 9-abreast. Hopefully D7 will retain their quiet zone.

I don't mind D7 seat pitch...but I dislike their width. Fortunately there is a quiet zone and upgrade from optiontown. Maybe I should reduce my body width!

For vantage xl, I think its not plausible based on the leaked seat map, unless they are utilizing the space for the supposed premium+ section.

Maybe as a new standard livery, simply remove the big flag and maintain the cheatlines. Should look simple but nice enough. I just hate the current standard livery (ex A380)
Maybe just remove the crescent and 14 pointed star. A bit like TG, but with red and blue.

The interior look spacious. Swooping luggage bin will make getting in and out of the seat easy. Should MH order this aircraft, more long and thin routes can be served and MH can explore point to point routes from other airports. After a long time not flying thru JHB, I was shocked to see the dominance of AirAsia Group in this airport.
