  1. Attractive appearance......I think it is a front line position ....
  2. Well, there are number of destinations that connects BKI to other orient destination. Besides, you won't know what will happen in the coming few years as eventually, AK will have to shift the KKIA T1.
  3. Thanx BC....I read this advertisement last nite as well...
  4. According to the co pilot, MASwings will spread its wing to Philippines soon. Should the B738s join MASwings in the near future, we shall see BKI-Cebu route being taken over by MASwings and eventually other sectors. In my opinion, MH plan of having B738s base in BKI is likely possible if the plan works out.
  5. I am looking forward for her arrival in BKI ival ....
  6. I have a conversation with a co pilot of MASwings who was the also the co pilot in charge of ferrying one of the ATR 72 from Toulouse to Subang. According to him, MASwings plan to operate the B738 from BKI. Anyone can have any update on this matter?
  7. The new biz class seat reminds me about MH's GCC cabin as well. Anyway, I was informed by a co pilot of MASwings that the AirAsia X is planning to base the A330s in BKI soon.
  8. Exactly....BI should be able to fly nonstop from BWN and LHR by then.
  9. Well, the destinations that BI fly is rather limited....hopefully with the B777-300ERs, they can expand their's network.
  10. Looking forward to see the RBA's B777-300ER in BKI.
  11. Nice shot on the Dato Pahamin livery.....
  12. RBA fares is always cheaper comparable to the regional airlines. With the soon to be in the fleets B777-300ERs, MH will certainly loose some of the market shares from east Malaysia here. For the past few years, passengers who are price sensitive have choosen to fly RBA to LHR, HKG and etc.
  13. Sorry to say that, this is a democracy country and we are not living in jail. This is a forum and that's where the aviation enthusiast come together to discuss. I stressed it before that, some malaysian are just not willing to accept criticism, besides what's wrong with individual opinion? I don't think u own MH also...
  14. Well, what is obvious is that we don't expect to see B787s or the A350s in the next 5 or 10 years since they claimed that delivery slots will only be available after 2020s. By then, if they really place an order of this birds....it will not be anything new in the aviation industry.
  15. Well, there are number of differences on the A350s and A330s of which the later was designed in the 90s. I am sure that passengers who has the opportunity to fly the A350s will definitely tell the difference. The A350s technology is as least 20 years newer than the A333s and obviously, passengers can feel the difference when they are on board.
  16. That's reveals that fleets decision is from MH management or any other reasons rather than costumer focus.
  17. Well, refreshed fleet with a combination of the new fleets with an cosmetic make up aircraft such as the A333s?
  18. Well, what truly differentiate the B787s with the other aircraft is the larger window and of course not mentioning that there's no window shade better humidity. I am sure passengers can feel the superb comfort on board the B787s with the A333s of which the later was designed in the 90s. Moving on, AK will be advertising the new A350s when it is delivered to them in few years time. How would MH brand the A330s? IFE isn't something new...besides that, all the premium airlines that operate the A333s has already installed that as well. Betters fares? I don't really think we can expect lower fares in the future as had been mentioned by the new CEO that as capacity is expected to pick up.
  19. Oops....perhaps I should say that having a A333s in the skies by then is nothing to promote also..
  20. Failure to accept the fact that A333s is no longer an advanced aircraft. AirAsia X will be flying the world's most advanced A350s. I wonder how MH promote this A333s by then wherelse the regional airlines are flying with more superior aircraft such as the B787s and A350s. Any advertisement by then may have little effect on consumer awareness since the birds are nothing new by then.
  21. Exactly, that's the point but MH is moving back in time. Let's not be surprise since this is Malaysia, everything seems slow. Let's start with our national car, one model last for than 10 years. Sad to say that, some Malaysian are now willing to accept suggestion from other parties, they view such thing as criticism and not willing to listen.
  22. Well, if those airline cancel such order, MH can take advantage of that...
